Driving Operational Excellence
My journey bridging business strategy and technology — from academic foundations to enterprise process design.
Academic Foundations & Technical Edge
My path to business analysis started with a strong technical foundation. I studied Computer Science at Shiv Nadar University for my Bachelor's and completed my Master's at the University of Oklahoma with a 4.0 GPA. That background gave me a solid understanding of how technology systems actually work, which helps a lot in my BA role.
Because I understand the technical side, I can sit in a design review with engineers and then walk into a business meeting and explain the same thing in terms that make sense to stakeholders. It helps me catch gaps early and make sure nothing gets lost between teams.
Business Analysis at Paycom
At Paycom, I serve as the primary liaison between Go-To-Market Teams and technical teams. Starting as an intern, I quickly grew into leadership roles where I now lead cross-functional projects involving multiple product managers and stakeholders.
My day-to-day work involves partnering with stakeholders to understand and validate business requirements, translating them into well-structured user stories, and coordinating UAT activities to ensure quality delivery. I also mentor junior BAs and drive change management initiatives across the organization.
Current Focus
Right now, I'm deepening my expertise in process excellence frameworks and change management. I'm particularly focused on how to design scalable business solutions that align technology with go-to-market strategy and launch deadlines.
I also enjoy mentoring junior BAs — helping them get better at writing requirements, structuring user stories, and communicating with stakeholders. It's something I wish I had more of when I was starting out, so I try to pay it forward.
